If the size of the product is not correct or the product is faulty client has a right to exchange the product ( if in stock) or will be given the cash refund.
Cash refunds will be given on garments that are returned unworn & within 7 days of purchase or receipt of goods.
Client has to cover shipping costs of the return or exchange (if the item was correct).
Unfortunately items of an intimate nature, items the Company deems to be ”special items” not regular stocked eg. unusual color or combination of colors and ”plus” sizes can not be exchanged. No cash refunds will be given.
